Curtains for my iPod
Well, my fucking ipod shuffle shit the bed yesterday. Its doing the blinkie-light thing that, upon some further online research, means the POS should just be buried in the yard.
This occurs exactly one week after the 1-year warranty is up. Unbelieveable…almost like that shit was planned. And…the worst part is that for Apple to fix and send back is $109! Plus shipping! Can you believe it? A new one costs $99 now!
Well, like a good American consumer, I guess I will go down to the local cluck-and-fuck Best Buy and pony up for a new one. The sad truth is that I really can’t live without it. Thanks Apple.
