The smiling face of a taco deity

Once again, last night was marked by slaying myself on the trainer, followed by a trip to the hombre pictured above, for a recovery burrito,

The hell horse and the Donald

Last night, after I wrecked myself on the trainer, I rode my scooter (with greatly reduced blood sugar level) to visit my pal Don Nacho. Sorry but my cell phone takes lousy pics at night.

This here photo has nothing to do with anything:

Mid Life Crisis

I just put up a bunch of songs from one of my old bands, for all to un-enjoy. Some of these songs havent seen the light of day in almost 10 years. I apologize in advance if any or all of it sounds like shit, or offends anyone.

Without further ado, here’s the link to the page with the songs.

By the way, I am the bass player on these gems. (and some backing vocals)

Love in da Hood

My office surveys the waterfall and sketchy woods behind my work. I recently brought in a telescope so I can check out the goose and her babies that are now swimming around the river. Today theres this 50-something dude in a Papa Gino’s uniform, with what appears to be a 16-year old girl over there, they are drinking 40’s of Steel Reserve and smoking some weed.  I think I see a bag of McDonalds too. I dunno, sounds like true romance to me.

Oh god, he just urinated in front of her.

That’s blood

Let me tell ya something - if you ever play paintball, don’t be an idiot and wear shorts. Those things will go right through skin.

In other news, I will race my bike this weekend. Sunday is Mothers day. Don’t forget to buy your Mom some breakfast, except in my case it’ll be dinner as I will be suffering on my mountain bike.

Next week the El GoGo TT bike comes out of hibernation.

4/22 - Today be Earth Day

Now, I may not have a bunch of shitty bumper stickers on my car, declaring how green I am, but I do know an eyesore when I see it. This is how I spent part of my day.

By the way, all the greenies can still choke on my smog.

How we do’s it

As you can tell from my previous post, I raced in a crit on Saturday.

Sunday I got lost in Big River with Chuck, resulting in a sweet 10 mile or so road ride on our mountain bikes to get back to the cars. About 2.5 hours of riding though. Wet feet too, since I rode through a pond on my bike. But it was nice out so who cares. This also marked Chucks first ride on his Rapido. I think he must like it because I only saw him do a half endo once.

After that, I hit the East Ave cafe and partook in this fine dining experience:

Anyway, that’s how we do’s it in the Bucket.
